4-inch submerged pulse valve, the valve seat is embedded in the air
bag for installation, with small resistance, good fluidity, high
injection volume, increased load with momentum, expanded the range
of use of gas source pressure, suitable for use in occasions with
wide gas source pressure. Technical requirements for 4-inch
submerged pulse valve: 1. The working pressure of the product is
0.1mpa-0.7mpa, and the medium is the air treated by oil and water
removal. 2. When the working voltage of the solenoid valve is 85%
of the rated voltage under the nominal supply pressure of the
product, the opening response time of the solenoid pulse valve
shall be less than 0.03s. 3. When the working air source pressure
is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed. 4. The product shall be
able to withstand the air source pressure of 0.8MPa. 5. Under the
specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of
the electromagnetic coil to the shell shall be greater than 1m Ω.
6. When the room temperature is 5-35 degrees and the relative
humidity is not more than 85%, the electromagnetic coil can
withstand 50Hz and 250V voltage to the shell, and there is no
breakdown phenomenon for 1min. 7. The electromagnetic pulse valve
shall be able to work normally after bearing the vibration with
frequency of 20Hz, full amplitude of 2mm and duration of 30min. 8.
Under normal service conditions, the cumulative service life of the
diaphragm shall be more than 800000 times. 9. There is no obvious
coating peeling, scratch, burr and other damage on the surface of
the valve.
