As the pulse valve diaphragm is a flexible mechanism which needs to

other words, the quality of the pulse valve diaphragm directly
affects the cleaning of the pulse bag filter The working stability
of the ash system is directly related to the use cost of the dust
removal equipment. Generally, the pulse valve diaphragm has the

pulse valve diaphragm can directly reduce the use cost of the dust
removal equipment.
It is composed of single or multi-layer glued on both sides. There
are also rubber free fabrics. According to its shape, the membrane
pressing method is used. According to the use requirements can be
made of different rubber, different fabrics of the diaphragm. The
properties of NBR and polysulfide rubber blends for diaphragms, the
properties of rubber compounds for canvas disc diaphragms (often
called diaphragms), and the properties of some silicone rubber,
fluororubber and chlorohydrin rubber diaphragms developed in recent
years are as follows.
The operating temperature range and pressure range of the diaphragm
itself depend on the type of glue, fabric and structure. The
diaphragm can work at - 50 ~ 100 ℃, 0.4 ~ 0.8MPa; the fluororubber
and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at - 80 ~ 232 ℃. The
chlorophenol rubber diaphragm can work under the pressure of 0.4 ~
0.8MPa, with good air tightness, aging resistance, and the service
life equal to that of engine overhaul.
