Description:
2W500-50 Two-Position Two-Way Diaphragm Water Solenoid Valve
Series, is made of brass. Direct acting, Normally Closed, Diaphragm solenoid valve, for water,
air, gas, oil. Able to be operated directly under low pressure. It has 2 pipe connections, an inlet and an outlet. When the valve is
energized the plunger opens allowing media to flow through the
valve in the cavity port and out the body orifice port.Turn off the
power. The orifice closes and flow through the valve stops.

G2 Inch NC Operated 2W500-50 Solenoid Valve Working Pinciple:
1.The valve is controlled by electrical current that passes through
the solenoid.
2.When Power is off plunger is down opening stop orifice allowing
low through the valve out the stop port
3.Pressurized liquid or gas goes through the Inlet port and out the
Stop port.
4.When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is created, causing
the plunger to rise in the valvesealing the stop orifice and
closing the valve.
5.The plunger blocks the stop orifice.This does not allow the
pressurized liquid or gas to pass the valve.
CAUTIONS of using 2W500-50 Solenoid Valve:
1.Before pipelining, the pipe line must be very clean without any
contaminants or any other things not ought to be existed.To prolong
the life time of the product, filter should be installed in the
front end of solenoid valve.
2.AC voltage tolerance:±10%；DC voltage tolerance:±1%
3.It should be installed horizontally；vertical installation is not
advisable.
4.Fluid status changes with temperature Not recommended.Liquid status
when it is high temperature；solid status when it is cool. Because
the Body Material is Brass, Not Suitalbe For Corrosive Fluid. And
Viscosity over 20CST is not Suitable.
5.This Solenoid Valve is unidirectional .The installation should
follow the instructions of “→”.
6.When the solenoid valve is faulty, in order to isolate the
solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the
system, it is better to install a bypass device.
