ASCO type 353Series 3 Inch Submerged Pulse Valve SCXE353.060
The Asco pulse valve has through holes at different positions. Each
hole is connected with a different oil pipe. The middle of the
cavity is a piston. On both sides are two electromagnets. Which
side of the magnet coil is energized to the valve body, which is
attracted to the control valve. The movement of the body to open or
close different oil drain holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally
open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and
then the pressure of the oil pushes the piston of the oil cylinder,
and the piston drives the piston rod and the piston again. The rod
drives the mechanical device. This controls the mechanical motion
by controlling the current through and off of the electromagnet.

The ASCO pulse dust valve consists of two basic functional units:
an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core. A valve body
containing one or several holes. When the electric coil is
energized or de-energized, operation of the core will cause fluid
to pass through the valve body or be severed. The solenoid is
mounted directly on the valve body and the core is enclosed in a
sealed tube to form a compact, compact combination.
What should you do when cause damage:
1. The spring is damaged. The spring on the pulse valve spool is
easily damaged. The appearance is that the pulse valve is deflated
to the blow port for a long time. The treatment method is to
replace the spring.
2. The rubber pad is damaged. After the use time is long, the
rubber pad on the pulse valve spool is easily damaged. The
appearance is that the pulse valve is deflated to the blowing port
for a long time. The treatment method is to replace the rubber pad.
3, the valve core dirt, because the intake air is not clean,
causing the fouling of the valve core, resulting in the appearance
of long-term intake of the nozzle or the pulse valve does not work
after the power, the treatment method is to clean the valve core.
4, the diaphragm is damaged, after long-term work, the diaphragm is
easy to fatigue, oxidation, etc., resulting in the appearance of
long-term deflation of the pressure relief port, the pulse valve
does not work, the treatment is to replace the diaphragm.
5. The orifice is blocked or damaged. The intake air is not clean
and the throttle hole is blocked. The appearance is that the pulse
valve is deflated to the nozzle for a long time. The treatment
method is to clean the orifice; the orifice is damaged or missing,
and the orifice is made. Loss of interception, resulting in
abnormal pressure relief, the appearance is that the pulse valve
has action after the power is turned on, the pressure relief port
is deflated, but the pulse valve is not sprayed, the treatment
method is to replace the orifice
